Hi, I'm Hans.
I run capital projects and sustainability programmes across Southeast Asia: data centres, semiconductor facilities, workplaces. LEED is part of my working week, not a subject I teach from a distance.
LEED v5 changed more than any version before it. New credits, new names, new thresholds, and a new exam format. I wanted practice exams that teach the v5 rating system as it is, not v4 with new labels. So I wrote them from the source documents, and every answer is checked against those documents before it goes live.

Start from the source
Every number, threshold and point tier comes from the current rating system. For LEED v5 that's the July 2026 editions.

One correct answer, as on the real exam. Wrong options are real mistakes people make, including the v4 answer where it differs.

An independent review re-reads the source and tries to break each question before it's published.

LEED v5 is a rewrite, not an update.
By USGBC's own count, 32 of the 51 prerequisites and credits in LEED v5 BD+C are new, and the rest were renamed, merged or rewritten. The v5 AP exams are standalone specialty exams, with no combined Green Associate sitting.
